Responsibilities:
Responsible to install kiosk and related products for Grocery ,supermarket , F&B and other industries.
Able to provide the requirements definition of the aforementioned kiosk & products, and able to operate them.
Able to provide the requirements definition for the external interface of the above system
(Grocery ,supermarket , F&B etc.).
Requires design foundation and concepts.
Provide real-time server/network troubleshooting and fixing.
Perform server maintenance, system installation, system documentation and server patch management.
Responsible for new hardware setup which includes hardware landing and mounting, configuring and hardening.
Review and perform assessment/technical review on the change request to production environment.
Perform deployment of application/infrastructure or patching for quality operation's services.
Identify and resolve operational problems and initiate continual improvements.
Administer the entire system which includes system access rights, backup and recovery.
Participate in process improvement activities, crisis and postmortem meeting as and when required.
Requirements:
1. Previous experiences
Must have experience in programming
(possess programmable thinking, regardless of the programming language, whether it is C#, VB, SQL or others)
Have been involved in the design and construction of computer systems
(possess systematic thinking)
Have been involved in doing/creating requirements definition and customization work with the developer
Experience in database design (set theory) would be a plus point
2. Communication Skill
Able to understand the requirements (of systems and technical) during the negotiations with sales and onsite.
Understand the onsite operation and able to define the problems and/or issues found.
Able to technically define and communicate the requirements to developers
Ability to deploy, support, and diagnose real issues for production environment.
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
