Responsibilities:
- Handle and support Director on daily administrative, operational and confidential matters.
- Preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings.
- Conduct weekly meeting with Directors to discuss company business's operation.
- Attend meeting with Directors and follow up on progress assignment.
- Ability to travel.
Requirements:
- Degree in marketing, business management or its equivalent.
- Fresh Graduate working experience in a managerial position.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be creative and detail orientated.
- Possess own transport with valid license.
- Able to start in short notice period is a plus.
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
